I have one person who needs to update a website via FTP. I cannot get that to work. I've been trying the procedure recomended at http://learn.iis.net/page.aspx/303/adding-ftp-to-a-web-site/ but I still get the error.

Anyone get ftp to work with VPS?

Should work without any issues as most of our customers are using FTP to upload files. Check out that you have setup proper permissions on folder for given user.
